My experience in digital and e-commerce
- My career in the digital world began in 2000, the year in which I dealt with the development of the first websites and digital marketing for the Tod's Group. Since 2009 I have been working full time in e-commerce.
- In 2007 I moved to London to work in the digital team of The Walt Disney Company.
- At the end of 2009 I started at Yoox as an ecommerce project manager where I was responsible for the development of ecommerce sites for fashion and luxury brands such as Zegna, Dsquared2, Giuseppe Zanotti and Diesel. For the latter in particular I was responsible for the set-up of the ecommerce site in Japan.
- I was then called by Gucci to work as project manager and development manager for the development of the Gucci.com platform at an international level.
- In 2013 I had the opportunity to take over the entire digital business of a fashion brand Twinset where I dealt with the development of e-commerce and 360° digital marketing with responsibility for achieving financial objectives.
- After 3 years in Twinset I worked for other fashion companies always with the aim of improving e-commerce performance, including Woolrich, Paul & Shark, 7 For All Mankind.
Since 2022 I have been offering digital and e-commerce consulting services for companies in the fashion, design and food sectors. In March 2023 I launched an online training platform for the fashion world: www.digitalfashionacademy.com.
Some companies I have collaborated with and main projects and activities carried out
- Gucci, E-commerce project management, Design and Development Management for Gucci.com. I was responsible for the creation of the first mobile e-commerce site for Gucci. Implementation of the web analytics system at a global level with Google Analytics. Management of internationalization projects for Gucci's e-commerce such as the opening of markets including Norway, Australia, South Korea.
- 7 For All Mankind, E-commerce Management, Project Management. In 7FAM I was responsible for the development and optimization of the brand's e-commerce performance at European and international level. In particular, I was responsible for reorganizing and implementing performance improvement projects in the areas of: Customer Service, Logistics, Technology, Payments, User Experience. I achieved the goal of doubling the e-commerce turnover in two years by increasing thechannel utility.
- Tod's Group: website development, CRM, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Service, Knowledge Management
- The Walt Disney Company: Web Project Management, coordination of international projects for the development and launch of official Disney brand websites.
- Yoox now YNAP: Project Managment E-commerce, development and launch of e-commerce sites for brands including Zegna, Giuseppe Zanotti, Dsquared2, Diesel Japan. E-commerce Store Management of the multibrand site Thecorner.com
- Twinset, E-commerce and Digital Marketing Management. As e-commerce and digital manager for the Twinset brand, I managed all activities related to e-commerce and the digital presence of the Twinset brand. In particular, as e-commerce P&L manager, I tripled the e-commerce turnover in 3 years, reaching the EBITDA objectives set by the Carlyle Group, owner of the brand at the time. I managed a team of people with responsibilities for E-commerce Buying, Store Management, Logistics and Shipping, Payments, Technology, Graphics, Customer service, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing.
- Woolrich, E-commerce Management and Ecommerce Project Management. I was responsible for the partial internalization project (insourcing) of Woolrich's ecommerce which was initially entrusted to an external service provider. As part of the internalization activities we created a new ecommerce platform based on Saleforce Commerce Cloud , we created an internal photography studio and integrated the solution PIM DAM from Hyphen Italy.
- Paul & Shark, E-commerce Management, Project Management. For Paul & Shark I took care of the opening of the official store on Tmall in China and the setup of the brand's official e-commerce channel by creating the business plan (P&L) for e-commerce, selecting suppliers and coordinating the platform implementation project on Adobe Commerce Cloud.

EBAS Ebusiness Association
I founded EBAS, the reference association in Italy for e-business managers of Italian manufacturing companies. Founded in 2017, it now brings together more than 80 managers of medium and large Italian companies in the fashion, design and industry sectors. Today in EBAS I hold the role of general secretary.
